This has been a wonderful day....We had a great group of people show up for the first rehearsal. Don Whitis is a great director. He works on all of the techniques for a good performance. We still have room and NEED more individuals to help us sing about Christ's birth....If you cannot be there every night for a performance please come and be there when you can. I know it is a great commitment---but it is to glorify God and His Son, Jesus Christ.
We need commitments of those willing to help keep a small child care group during rehearsals...we need those to assemble the tree, and people to participate in the small bit of "drama" that we will have.
PRAY ABOUT YOUR PART!----Then call me to tell me (859-727-8885) what you're willing to do!

Sunday practice was very encouraging. There were a lot of people there, it was crowded and hot, but very few complaints. It seemed everyone was there to practice, they were laughing when they made a mistake and tried to correct it the next time. Don Whitis, the director made a mistake and laughed aobut it, corrected it and moved on. The expressions on many faces were not so much serious, but concerned that they would be able to express in song, the message about Jesus Christ. Those that listen to the LCT will absorb that expression from those singing. That is what can make a difference in someone's life who is searching for something and hears the message of Jesus Christ. Thanks to everyone for your hard work.
